Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 1st, 2025
We know life happens. At Lifestyle Storage, we aim to be fair and transparent when it comes to cancellations, refunds, and no-shows.
Pro-Rated Refund Policy and Notice Period
We offer pro-rated refunds in accordance with the following guidelines:
Notice Requirement:
Customers must provide a minimum of 15 days’ notice to be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
Refund Issuance:
Pro-rated refunds will be processed and issued on the 15th of each month.
Mid-Month Cancellations:
Customers may choose to end their service on the 15th of a month, provided we receive notice by the end of the previous month (at least 15 days in advance).
End-of-Month Cancellations:
Customers may also choose to end their service at the end of the month, provided we receive notice on or before the 15th of that same month.
If notice is not received within the required timeframe, the refund will be calculated based on the next eligible refund date.
No-Show Policy:
(If you reserve and pay for a unit but fail to access or use it.)
Contact Attempt:
We will attempt to contact you using the phone number and/or email address provided at the time of booking.
One-Month Charge:
If you do not show up or access your unit within your scheduled start date, you will still be charged for one full month of rental as reserved. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Unit Availability:
After the no-show period, your unit may be released and made available to other customers unless we hear from you.
Reactivation:
If you contact us after being marked as a no-show, we will do our best to assist you, subject to unit availability.
